here are some brief notes on the second and last day of OSBC 2007 while I’m waiting to get some In-n-out with DrunkAndRetired.com super-fan KirinDave.

The SOA, OSS, Data Center Panel

First, thanks again to Dave, Akash, Sanjiva, and the audience for their participation in the panel this afternoon. And, of course, thanks to the OSBC folks for putting it together.

Speaking for myself, it turned out to be interesting, esp. as the conversation around what data centers look like now-a-days with SaaS, open source, and SOA woven through them. MuleSource’s Travis Van was the RedMonk TV video stringer, so thanks to his efforts, we’ll have the video of the panel up soon.

I’ll have more to say shortly, but I just wanted to say thanks to the above ;>
