It has come to my attention tha tmy good name and or reputation is being miss sued for someone's fake recruiting games. Since early March of 2007 I have been refusing to build web 2.0 prototypes for Mr. Aiello of Agarom Capital Partners LLC(Naperville, IL) for the following reasons:

1. Failure to allow developer to come up with concept instead of inexperi4enced and uninformed non-developer.

2. Failure of Mr Aiello to stop direct lying. Direct lying as implying Agarom has been in business for 20 years and other direct lying patterns.

3. Failure of Mr Aiello to understand the concept seed capital.

4. Numerous attempts by Mr. Aiello to obtain advice without paying for said advice.

If you have been led to believe by Mr Aiello that I signed up for one his projects than that is not correct.

Fred Grott has been flaming his dissatisfaction of not being chosen to lead develop a project we were looking to undertake, over 3 years ago.

His experience level was not up to the point of where we believed we could use his services to further our goals.

No contract was ever signed, but Mr Grott did sign NDA, which he has violated on numerous occasions.

His handling of himself in various unprofessional untrustworthy ways, mostly flaming, snarking, and emailing his opinions speaks volume as to why we decided to go in a different direction.

Our record speaks for itself, and we welcome any inquiries to discuss our abilities directly.
