The second video this week in RedMonkTV is a conversation between Dave “KirinDave” Fayram and me about his use of the iPhone over the past week. If you listen/watch my personal podcast, DrunkAndRetired.com, you’ll probably recognize Dave as a (recently) regular guest and special co-host, like when he was waiting for the iPhone.

Dave’s a developer, so we spent plenty of time dorking out about the technical aspects of the iPhone and ways to extend and “hack” it. While it seems locked down as far as deep integration at the moment, there’s plenty of easy hacks available like formating pages to fit the iPhone and embedding tel:// links. You can tell Dave would really like to see Yelp get iPhone-ified quick.

Thanks again to Dave!
