When I state the the Chicago start up scene blows, I am not referring to the successful start ups in Chicago. I am referring to the the elusive Intelligent Original Founder. That rare Original Founder who get that you have to have seed capital to pay for must items like bandwidth, developers living expenses, and etc. Or one that will be honest upfront about financial resources rather than lie as the size of prototype and feature set is far different for $100,00 a opposed to $600,000 and t might freaking matter to have the right financial information to come up with the right prototype for a successful launch.
Its the same lack or research and preparation over and over again by wana-bee high tech founders in Chicago. That intelligent well-prepared Original Founder in the Chicago Start-Up scene seems damn difficult to find.
