The ANT macros file for Grails integration with ANT is in the Grails 1.0.3 release according to GRAILS-1393. However, the build file does not include the create domain-class and etc commands as you have to add them. You will include a ANT input prompt in the target thus can integrate both on Windows and Linux even though the Eclipse Grails plugin only works on on Windows.

The location for the grails-macros.xml file is GRAILS_HOME/src/grails.
