This release delivers full ALM capabilities for Eclipse 3.4, Ganymede, and provides enhanced reporting tools.
In addition to Eclipse Ganymede support and MyEclipse Ajax for JEE tooling, MyEclipse 7.0 M1 includes a greatly improved set of JSF and Reporting tools among other enhancements.
Users can expect a second milestone of the 7.0 product in approximately six weeks, and the general availability release is currently slated for late October.
We're excited to give users the option of an even faster way to acquire MyEclipse 7.0 M1 and Eclipse Ganymede through Pulse, Genuitec's software profiling and Eclipse plugin management service. The Pulse service was overwhelmingly popular with those users acquiring the base Eclipse Ganymede projects, leading Genuitec to provide this option to users wishing to download this milestone release. The milestone is available in the Ganymede “Popular Profiles” area.
Also today, for all you WebSphere users, be sure to check out the milestone release of MyEclipse 7.0 Blue Edition.
As always, current subscribers can upgrade to this release for no charge.
