The reason why you will not see OpenMoko on CDMA as of yet is that American Mobile Operators disable device connecting to their networks if R-UIM cards are enabled in the device. You actually need a R-UIM enabled to test the cdma functionality of the board you are working with when you load the OS onto the board say via a mini)SD for example.
