If you need to get a quick tutorial on the new JSP 2.0 feature of creating Custom Tag Libraries using Tag Files, check out the online version of Chapter 11 of O'Reilly's JavaServer Pages, 3rd Edition.
Having two ways to develop CTLs gives us a lot more flexibility, so we can whip up the quick tag files when needed, and package them as Java classes as w 400 ell.
