What if you could do a mobile LBS mashup with no server infrastructure requirements but using someone's API? That is right the ultimate LBS industry disruption finally setting LBS free on mobile! No more mobile operator imprisoned applications.

Certainly not just one is possible but maybe hundreds. So why none of these applications in Google's Challenge? Because you have to be socially aware of 3rd party social cloud services and most developers are not extroverts. This is a new style of mobile mashup using clouds.

Not everyone is going to get it, the competitor I am disrupting with my first application certainly does not get it as witnessed by their first try at an Android Client Application for their service. I certainly hpoe they continue their illusions in that area. That is almost as bad as faceboook not doing an Android Application.

Just imagine, developing LBS mobile applications and not needing server infrastructure except to plug into someone's 3rd party API. The ultimate Android mashup using clouds.
