What if there was a certain class of applications you could port from Android to iPhone? In an easy manner and thus have mobile applications on the #1 and he $2 mobile platforms world wide. Its not a pipe dream.

The key is webkit and embedding webview. The only difference in code bases is integrating OS user activity events into webkit webview to call from javascript as the UI in ajax/html and the application logic in javascript are the same for both platforms thanks to webkit being used as browser. Anybody wan tto race to see who does this first?

Both parties Apple and Google have not put up examples or at least detailed examples of embedded webviews. Are not you guys wondering why? A chance to control the two top mobile platforms world wide.

Its time to show both Apple and Google how its done is it not?
