Some progress, some wallpaper code working:

Wallpaper still not working on bottom pages and verticle as far as looking as moving when moving to another page. Also need to rewrite some grab bitmap code to get the wallpaper that is set for the page as part of the thumbnail.

But, the basic bettter user interface. It is not enough to just change the dock but to add those compoenents that add to the user interface without taking away space ie more contextual user interface popups than over loading it with docks.
