I must preface this with you will not at this time be able to change everything. However, there is a growing number of xml style attributes that are accessible via set and get in their respective objects. This means you can programmatically set style without reading an xml file in the res fodler of a HomeScreen application but read in those same values from a theme packagage on the SD card!

The only cavet is that you have to that procesing before fuly constructing views.
