I use NetNewsWire on my Mac but I've never really settled on a reader for my PC, especially when I'm at work. So, I finally got around to installing Sam's little RSS reader called RssReaper. It's still in the early stages but it works really well. Also, being web-based (like bloglines), you can get your news from anywhere. Sam is planning lots if new features (e.g. OPML support, full web-based administration, etc) so if you're after a web-based reader, be sure to take a look.
