Further to the entry below, I thought I would write a little summary of what happened (or at least what I talked about) at the meetup last night.

• Posted to my blog via my BlackBerry. Mainly to see if it worked, but also to test out the notifications from Jez's Box application
• Talked to Steve about the joy of Apple ownership
• Talked to Steve about the best language to teach children to program in.... I think we came to the conclusion that it is SmallTalk.
• Discussed the relative merits and demerits of tag libraries, JSP, and XSLT as presentation tier technologies. Not sure there was any conclusion there!
