The call for papers for the JavaOne conference (2nd-6th October, 2011 in San Francisco) has gone out. For a submission to be considered it needs to fall into one of the Java tracks:

• Core Java Platform
• Emerging Languages, Tools and Techniques
• Enterprise Service Architectures and the Cloud
• Java EE Web Profile and Platform Technologies
• Java ME, Mobile, Embedded, and Devices
• Java SE, Client-Side Technologies and Rich User Experiences
• The Java Frontier

The closing date for submissions is at the end of May 23rd, 2011 (PDT). For more information on the submission process have a look at the Call For Papers portal. Notifications for papers accepted will be sent out in June.
