The deadline for nominations for the Java Innovation 2011 awards has been extended. The awards are looking for the ten most innovate projects using a Java technology.
If you're working on such a project or know of some innovative work that's going on, you have an extra week to get your award nomination submitted.
Winners get a full JavaOne pass, a nifty looking Duke statue and the project will be showcased at this year's conference.
The extended nomination deadline is July 29th, 2011.
