Remember all those web sites that would say "Under Construction" and things like "Come back soon!"? Most everyone can do the HTML (or have a good templating tool do it for them) good enough now-a-days that those kind of rough around the pages don't exist much long. At least, I don't encounter them too much. It's always nostalgically nice to come across one.
