The Sunday Times ranked BMC the 92nd out of 100 best companies to work for. Most of the perks and whatnot look to be specific to the UK, for example, having your breakfast made for you:

Senior managers at BMC Software know how to make a decent bacon sandwich. Cooking breakfast for the staff is part of a regular "employee appreciation week"--as is washing the workers' cars and manning the technical support desk at the office in Egham, Surrey.

We joke about getting Chris, one of our managers, to wash our cars...but we've never thought about the bacon sandwich. Genius, gub'ner!
