This new site Channel 9 seems to be an interesting one, with the aim to give developers an open channel to 5 Microsoft developers:

"Welcome to Channel 9. We are five guys at Microsoft who want a new level of communication between Microsoft and developers. We believe that we will all benefit from a little dialogue these days. This is our first attempt to move beyond the newsgroup, the blog, and the press release to talk with each other, human to human."

Some may recognize one of the five, Scobleizer, from his .NET weblogs activity.
Definitely more and more news every day of the inner workings of Microsoft, and more so the people there who are truly interested in the developer's feedback on where .NET and 400 Microsoft is headed.
