Changes in version 20040409:

1) Now we have two types of binary distribution (base and full).
- - "Base" includes the core library and the standard modules
- - "Full" includes the extension modules and JAR files from 3rd parties.
2) Revised FAQ
3) The launcher programs on Unix (or like) system add ${PNUTS_HOME}/lib to ${java.library.path} at startup time.
4) Added setenv() and unsetenv() to posix module.
5) Bug fixes:
- - jdtc module,
- - The problem related to autoloading (#16)
- - The problem that the VisualDebugger's Close menu didn't close the window.
