its a contract dispute with IBM not an IP dispute as SCO Group would have
anyone believe reading SCO Group press releases.
What is a
Hani? Its the desire to make noise in a technical debate with no facts to
back up conjecture and only personal attacks to defend a technical point,
ie just another name for FUD. Thus the phrase SCO Group pulled a HANI.
