Just joined the AOP Alliance mailing lists earlier today. Lots of really interesting discussion going on there - if you're interested in AOP stuff (I'll assume you are, if you're still reading my blog :) I definitely recommend you join the list and participate on the discussions.

I prefer to remain quiet until I read the archives and ascertain myself that I'll not get flamed - hey, getting flamed by very talented and skilled people like (no particular order) Bob Lee, Rod Johnson, Gregor Kiczales, Renaud Pawlak, Cedric Beust, Jonas Boner, Jon Tirsen and Rickard Oberg is definitely orders of magnitude worse than being flamed by some typical anonymous coward on Slashdot, so this means I'll have to think a lot more before hitting the send button. Hope it's worth the effort :)

Anyway, good luck to all the AOP Alliance guys, I think this is an extremely good idea, and should be very frutiferous to all of us, mere mortals :)
