Goes to SlimFTPd from WhitSoft Development. Found by vman earlier today on download.com, this is a 16 kilobyte FTP server that supports a whole bunch of stuff, including resuming (which is what we wanted). It has no UI, just a config file which took me no more than a minute to customize. The free version supports 2 concurrent users. The full version costs a massive $6.25 and is unlimited.
