Finally i found some hours to enhance the fetchrss blog aggregator written by Bob Lee. Now you can also define a blogrolling.com RSS Url inside the feeds properties file of fetchrss. This is good news for all out there using Blogrolling.com for managing their favourite blogs, because now there is just a single point of management. You only have to define the RSS feed for your blogs in the description field of blogrolling.com (perhaps they create a seperate RSS field for each blog sometime) and provide the URL to your blogrolling.com account to fetchrss. The rest will be done by fetchrss.

At the moment there is no SF project for fetchrss, which means that we dont have a CVS for the project. I mailed bob the changes. For those who wanna be allways a few seconds ahead of the crowd, you can download the original fetchrss package and use my modified FetchRss.java and README file. Of course you need to compile it again then ;-)

This thing has only passed my 10-minutes-poor-man's-test. So flames and FUD will go to /dev/null. Now i am hungry and will drive to the next fast-food plant.
