Normally i read quite a few blogs from people in the java community, but recently i had trouble reading them because cameron purdy is transmitting extremely detailed informations from each and every big java related event in the states. Awesome lengthy blog messages with very good content. Blogs like this keeps the whole idea of blogging alive and kicking. Thanks for this.

I am speaking on another event in the states, not mainly java but IBM iSeries related. Because of my iSeries and java experience, i will contribute two sessions regarding wireless java development (MIDP), the example application will communicate with an iSeries in several ways. I am also excited about the location of the conference. Las Vegas is a good choice in any way ;-) The only thing giving me some headaches is the fact to speak in a non-native language. I know i can speak english in a more or less fluent way, but as a matter of fact, its not perfect. Now i must start preparing the slides...
