If you liked that long post on open source service companies (I figure most people were just like "ugh...long post...what are you, Zane? Next!"), you'll really like this IT Conversations, a CIO panel about adopting and using Linux and open source. I put a brief excerpt on my systems management weblog, but there's a whole lot more in the discussion that's interesting as far as laying down the (1.) problem set, (2.) figuring out the solutions, (3.) applying those solutions, and (4.) the problems that remain.
