according to this review of the NEC e606 by MobileBurn is decent connectivety and easy way to download games. No surpirse at that set of issues.

What is suprising is how many carriers/mobile operators have not picked up on the fact that having downloadable game delivery and a better set of initial games in the handset is a selling point of the handset within that network! Since carrieirs often are able to take 50% of this revenue from downloads as their own it woudl be in their best interest not to drop the ball in this area.

Same concern goes for those Asian handset amkers who have still not provided the appriopriate emulators for effective J2ME application/game developement using MIDP1.0. Namely, NEC, Panasonic, Kyreca, and etc have failed to take this issue seriously.
