Apple's lawsuit with amateur mac website ThinkSecret, could have ramifications for blogging. Apple is suing Nicholas M. Ciarelli after his website posted news of the $499 Mac mini two weeks before it's arrival. The story has been carried by the Harvard Crimson (where he's also an editor and student) and the Washington Post, among others.
