In constructing this Orca TDD Build Framework ist amazing how many proejcts I have seen with almost no Build File standards or adherence to said standards. For example, you would think that one would include the default keywords in the header of every build file artifact:

#
# $Author: $
# $Date: $
# $Header: $
# $Id: $
# $Name: $
# $Locker: $
# $Log: $
# $RCSfile: $
# $Revision: $
# $Source: $
# $State: $

If its not a properties file you just change how its commented out to using . Why is it important? What if you make a drastic change in the build files that doesn't work? If you have these headers in all your build files including the properties file you can easily figure out at what point to roll back to for the build system script files andproperties.
