Kudos to Adam for calling this; I feel the same way, and it IS sad - some of the good values of small goverment and some good aspects of their foreign policy are getting buried under this nonsense.

This is definitely going to hurt good the more rational republicans in the next election. I think the guys who have those values should start speaking up and putting some distance between themselves and the guy on the left (the monkey) before it's too late.
