What I'm working on today: a bootstrap script, which you can drop on your web server, that will download and install PeopleAggregator.

In parallel with that, I'm trying to install PeopleAggregator on a shared Linux hosting account with GoDaddy. Follow that link for more info on how it's done. Right now the PA install bombs out at the dependency checking point, as GoDaddy doesn't have PEAR::DB installed. Watch this space (well, the wiki page) for more ...
