Feed Description: Writings from the software side of bioinformatics and chemical informatics, with a heaping of Python thrown in for good measure.
I presented a talk titled "Useful and New Modules" at EuroPython in
early July 2006. I updated the talk for a presentation at the Cape
Town Python User's Group meeting in September 2006. They are now
available in gzip'ed Keynote and exported PPT and PDF formats.
I've modified them for the web by removing images and adding a couple
of explanatory slides about some of the more biologically oriented
examples. The images added color during an oral presentation but made
the slides about 10 times larger.
