Managed to acquire a decent boiler-style coffee machine yesterday (on clearance from Farmers)... having fun making cappuccinos with proper dense foam. After K figured out that the standard filter basket from our old machine would fit in place of the [fake crema producing] dual wall one that came with this new machine, my espresso shots have no crema any more. Time to find some finer coffee, or a grinder...
