Lisa Williams writes about the Invention-Production-Rest cycle. I think I have a Production-Crash cycle. Produce like mad for a while, then crash for few weeks. Normally the two periods are separated by a trip overseas. Last time I visited San Francisco, it took me two weeks to get back to normal afterwards!
Right now I'm in an odd state - very enthusiastic about tidying, throwing out huge amounts of junk accumulated in the years since graduating (and some from before then). For perhaps the first time, I can walk through my garage without tripping over things.
Also got inspired by the hundred push ups training program. Started last Sunday (Aug 31), managed 30 consecutive pushups on the initial test, and managed to do 100 in sets of 15, 10 and 5 this morning. Perhaps not long before I can do 100 consecutively?
