If you are using SharpReader to read the RSS feeds that my [[Comment Monitor]] generates, try adding &nodesc=1 to the end of the RSS URL. You'll find that clicking on the title of an item in the takes you straight to the comment page, rather than bringing you to an intermediate "new comment found; click here to see it" page.
