En rails hacer cache de p��ginas, acciones y fragmentos es sencillo.
Rails crea el cache de las p��ginas en el file system agreg��ndole (por defecto) la extensi��n .html, por eso es la raz��n de ser de las reglas de rewrite en el public/.htaccess:
RewriteRule ^$ index.html [QSA]
RewriteRule ^([^.]+)$ $1.html [QSA]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ dispatch.fcgi [QSA,L]
