Starting this weekend in balmy Milwaukee, the No Fluff Just Stuff tour kicks off and I'm doing a lot more shows this year. So far I'm scheduled for Boston, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Portland, Reston, and Denver. And that's just the next two months! :)

I'm also headed to Rails Conf this year and I might be speaking at OSCon on extending Ruby and Rails with C code.

This will be a busy year, but I'm looking forward to catching up with all my No Fluff friends and meeting the attendees at the conferences. You get a great crowd when people are willing to give up their weekend to learn.

I've got a good set of talks this year. I've got some basic hands-on tutorials for Subversion (Subversion: The Basiscs) and CruiseControl (Continuous Integration with CruiseControl), but most of the talks have a strong Agile focus.

I'm also doing a really fast overview of Ship It! called Shippers Unite. I'm planning on rolling this talk, with some of the others, into some training classes related to implementing the Ship It style of software development. I've a number of people ask about onsite training of this type and this is the year I'll be rolling that out. I'm planning on a two or three day class. Drop me a line if you're interested and let me know what parts you'd be most interested in learning.

Jared
