Ship It! LIVE is a three-day course that gives an in-depth look into Ship It! with additional material I've written for various keynotes and consulting engagements since the book was published. Attendees will get firsthand experience with quick peer code reviews, The List, how to build great teams, and many other topics. We'll also heavily focus on test automation, along with the tools and strategies you need to get the ball rolling in your shop.
