A friend of mine at work, who is not especially computer savvy, ordered a new Dell system a few weeks ago online. It looked like a decent system, but she'll never know, because it never arrived!
After several weeks of delays, excuses, and blaming FedEx, she cancelled the order, and bought a new iMac. :)
