this morning on the train to work i at *long* last managed to hack together the configure scripts needed to get qtruby (and smoke/qt of course) compiling without a dependancy on kdelibs!!!!
at last! this is the first time this has been possible for many many many months and thusly many many people should be _thrilled_ :P to know that it can be downloaded here
