A few people have asked us if we have any plans to support the Flex 4 (code named "Gumbo") framework in Amethyst. The answer is, emphatically, yes. In fact, the current beta of Amethyst already supports Flex 4! If you want to try this out, first install the latest Flex 4 SDK (I'd suggest the latest stable build): http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/Download+Flex+4 Unzip this to a directory on your disk. The Flex 4 SDK can be used on the same computer as the Flex 3 SDK. (...)
