Installing any buggy apps can cause your device to stop working correctly. If you face this trouble then it's time to into Safe Mode and remove the bad app.

1. Switch off the phone by pressing on the Power button.

2. Use the hardware keyboard and press on the Power and Menu button simultaneously.

3. Continue to hold the Menu key and shortly you will see Droid Eye and the phone will softly vibrates.

4. Check on the bottom left hand corner to see if it says Safe Mode.
