While working in Joomla your session may timeout if you leave your webpage idle more then 15 minutes, if you don't the short time setting you could inrease the Joomla Session Timeout peiod. Here's how:

1. Login in the admin site with you username and password.

2. Then tap on the Site Menu.

3. Click on Global Configuration.

4. Then click on System.

5. Next under Session Settings on the right hand side, change the Session LifeTime number in minutes to a prefer time duration.

6. Now Click on Save to apply the changes. You may have to restart your browser for before it works.
