When someone try to call you and you did not pick up the phone because you are busy, the phone then immediately response to the caller with a pre-defined text message. Also, when you reject a call, a message is sent to a caller. This feature can be annoying and costly as every time you miss a call or reject a call, it will cost you one text message.

This feature may enable by default on your device or that you have set it up previously and now you forget to switch it off. Here's how:

1. When you receive an incoming call, simply swipe the red button on the right to reject a call without a message.

If you would like to change the message then here's how:

1. Press the Home key.

2. Then open the application list.

3. Tap on Settings.

4. Now select Call settings.

5. The select Set reject messages.
