Sometimes when you call support they may ask for your IMEI number on your device. To make thing moving along faster your could retrieve this number before calling them. Also when unlocking your device you may also need this number. Here's how:
1. Tap on the Phone icon.
2. Next tap on the Dialer icon.
3. Now using the keypad dial in *#06#.
4. Now tap on the Call button.
5. Write now the IMEI number that is display on the top of the screen.
