Here are the step to send or recieve data file from a Bluetooth Device.

When you have some files on your phone such as photos, downloaded mp3, contact calendar event or other files you could share it out to other devices using Bluetooth technology. Here's how:

Sending file

1. First choose a file that you wish to send by selecting that file such as a contact or a media file.

2. Then press on the Menu android-menu-key key.

3. Then select Share > Bluetooth.

4. Finally select an available bluetooth device and pair them up first before you can send the file.

Receiving file

You need to make the receiving device be visible and have it ready to accept incoming data transfer.

The downloaded file will then be stored to a Bluetooth folder. For a contact or a calendar event it will go to the phonebook or the calendar app.
