Learn how you could change the update frequency of the email synchronization between your Samsung Galaxy S II and the email server.

If you need check your email frequently because of your job or because you you are waiting for some important email, then you can modify the Inbox check frequency so that as soon as the email arrive to your email, your device would have it straight away. Here's how:

1. Press the Home android-home-key key to go back Home.

2. Next open on the application list.

3. Tap on Email.

4. Next tap on the Menu key.

5. Then tap on the Account settings.

6. Then tap on the Inbox Check frequency option.

7. Now select your prefer time.

Your device should now try to communicate to the email server base every X minutes that you have selected.
