Your Motorola Xoom may make a loud sound depending on the application you are using. There are different sound settings you could change on your device. For example you could change the call volume, media volume and etc.

Here's how:

1. Tap the Home button.

2. Taps on Apps .

3. Next select Settings .

4. Now tap on Sound.

5. On the right hand panel, under General select Volume.

6. From the Volume control panel, make the necessary changes.

7. Tap on OK once you are done.
