I have been attempting to create a training cd for our company using MS Producer and having problems as follows:
1 - after recording audio & video simultaneously for approx. 6 minutes, the file will run in Producer but when I try and publish it will not complete, and system hangs up. We are using an extremely capable machine with Windows 2000 and have been trying to publish directly to the local machine.
2 - We were able to get some other recordings to publish but the quality was poor and some of the screen had words that were actually smeared.
3 - Cannot edit successfully, would do an edit and then after the file was produced it would not include the edit.
Are there others that have reported this problem. Is there something I am missing?
