Loren has put together a nice comparison of EntLib logging to Log4net.

I personally am not a fan of EntLib.  I've found the performance to be bad, the documentation to be lacking, and the code base to be unstable.  There are plenty of (better) open-source alternatives for each of the items in EntLib.
